VOLUNTEER APPLICATION

Please fill out the volunteer application form. The information on this form will help us assess your qualifications to serve as a volunteer.  After you submit your application, a CASA representative will reach out to you to schedule an interview and complete the application process.

CASA Volunteers are required to: 

 

Be 21 years of age

Possess a valid driver's license

Pass a felony background check

Have a High School GED or equivalent

Formal education (select highest year of school completed)
Please select all of the agencies or topics listed below that you have had experience with. **Experience is NOT a requirement for becoming a CASA**
Do you drive?
Are you willing to attend and successfully complete 30 hours of pre-service training?
Are you willing to attend and successfully complete 12 hours of continuous training per calendar year?
Will you be able to arrange your schedule to attend these meetings?
